Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then automatically reverts to the Free plan. You won't be charged again after cancelling.

Is there a free trial?

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll only be billed if you choose to continue after the trial ends.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch at any time from your account billing settings. Switching to annual locks in the 20% discount for the full year. If you switch mid-cycle, we'll prorate any unused time automatically.

Free users see 7 days of view and click data. Pro and Business users unlock extended analytics — 30, 60, 90 day windows, year-to-date, and all-time history — including device breakdowns, geographic data, lead tracking, and top-clicked links.

What happens to my card if I downgrade?

Your card stays live. Pro/Business-only features (custom colors, videos, AI tools, etc.) will be hidden from your public card but your data is preserved — so upgrading again restores everything instantly. Nothing is ever deleted.

Is my data private and secure?
